Washer Leaking Water

While an unexpected appliance leak may not seem like a big deal, it can throw a serious wrench into your plans. If your washing machine is leaking from the bottom, you will need to address the problem immediately to prevent damage to your possessions and the structure of your home. We have created an outline of the main causes of malfunctioning washing machines and have compiled a list of helpful prevention methods.

Stage 1: Diagnosis

The customer noticed water pooling under their washing machine during cycles. Upon arrival, we unplugged the unit and removed the back panel to check for leaks. We identified a cracked drain hose as the source.

Stage 2: Solution Implementation

We carefully removed the old, damaged drain hose and installed a new, compatible one. All hose clamps were securely fastened, and we checked the pump housing for any additional cracks.

Stage 3: Testing and Handover

We ran a full wash and rinse cycle, monitoring the washer for any signs of leaks. No water escaped, and the machine worked properly. The customer was advised to check hoses periodically.
